SIR Webinars 2019

November 12, 2019

How often are you asked to show the value of what you do? It seems like CI teams are always under scrutiny to show how they contribute value to the organization. Many argue that it is impossible to show the value of CI. I don’t agree. Through a simple yet highly effective, practical framework that is adaptable for use with CI and MR teams, you will learn that not only can you show the ROI of CI, but that by doing so you will gain more visibility and resources to ensure that CI becomes an integral part of the organization’s culture. If you don’t show the value of what you and your team deliver, who will?!

The session will:

  • Describe the essence and importance of CI ROI
  • Learn the four core elements necessary to demonstrate CI’s value
  • Help illustrate CI’s contribution to senior management
  • Discover specific ways to create and cultivate an internal CI Culture of Excellence
  • Establish an action plan to implement the ROCI® framework

SIR Webinar: Consumerization of Healthcare

August 13, 2019

The consumerization of health care—the evolving way we’ll be cared for and how we obtain care from providers—is front and center in the news.  Zeldis Research, with our field partner Schlesinger Group, conducted qualitative research with consumers and physicians to understand how they are adapting to new technology (e.g., wearables, consumer DNA tests, medical ridesharing, remote health monitoring devices, and telemedicine) and other changes in health care.

  • Are primary care physicians ready to talk with patients about wearables or about consumer DNA tests?  Are they ready to help patients with medical ridesharing for appointments?
  • Are patients ready to talk with PCPs about their wearable data?  Are patients excited about patient portals or telemedicine?  How important are price transparency initiatives?

These are some of the questions we will address with key insights from our qualitative research and relevant industry literature.

Jeff Mann, Senior Research Director, Zeldis Research

Jeff is a Senior Research Director at Zeldis Research.  He is an industry veteran of more than 20 years of senior positions on the supplier side in the pharmaceutical, insurance and healthcare industries. In addition to his pharma market research experience, he has deep experience working with medical supply firms and their customers in health systems and long-term care settings, as well as with insurers in group and individual health, life and disability lines.

Jeff joined Zeldis Research following 15 years at MSP Analytics, and previously, at Response Analysis (now GfK) and LOMA (now LL Global).
