Robert will share knowledge he has obtained through meeting with 100’s of InsurTech startups, Venture Capitalists, and Insurance Company experts.  He will decipher what has been hyped through the media and what has been executed in reality.  He will also provide insight into Munich Re's innovation journey and the challenges they overcame.

Presenter: Robert Mozeika
As Munich Re US’s Innovation Executive, Bob Mozeika works with the Reinsurance Division to investigate clients’ strategic business needs in order to identify potential technology startup solutions. He is instrumental in helping clients develop plans to integrate this technology into their organizations. For the past three years Bob served as Munich Re Group’s Innovation Leader in Silicon Valley.  In that position he was responsible for partnering with technology companies that could enhance Munich Re’s business processes, developing new emerging products, and exploring new business models. While in Silicon Valley, Bob established a leadership position in the InsurTech space, and acquired vast knowledge of technology trends and established an extensive network of technology partners.  Bob will continue to play a key role in our relationship with Plug N Play and bring to market trends in the InsurTech space. Bob is based in Princeton and is a member of Munich Re US’s Reinsurance Division Leadership Team.
