SIR Workshop: Microaggressions in the Workplace - This session dives into the nuance of microaggressions and how they negatively impact team culture.  Participants will learn what microaggressions are and how to identify them.  They will also practice real world situations and how to resolve them.  Finally they will learn about allyship and how to support others to build an inclusive workplace.
