Social Distancing Silver Linings – New Techniques for the New World of Work

We invite you to share your passion and expertise with Society members and industry peers at the virtual Spring Workshop to be held in April 15, 22, 29 which will focus on the theme of Social Distancing Silver Linings – New Techniques for the New World of Work.

The Society is seeking carriers and practitioners, as well as solution providers who have experience working with carriers and practitioners. While we are looking for presentations on a range of topics and subjects, below are some areas of particular interest. 

Topic/Subject Wish List: 

-Old techniques re-imagined for a remote environment
-Setting up a department (CI, Research, etc.)
-Getting a “seat at the table” in key conversations
-Using conjoint analysis, ethnography, and other more advanced techniques
-Measuring impact of primary research, strategy or innovation, which could include more quantitative or qualitative methods from ROI, participation, or concept validation
-Tracking and summarizing emerging trends
-Applying agile ways of working to research and insights-Future of insurance, how it’s changed since COVID
-Applying innovation in insurance (AI, Block chain, etc.)
-Integrating data, research, and intelligence to tell a story
-Diversity & Inclusion considerations for researchers
-Other topics related to “how to” in research, insights, analytics, intelligence


What to Include in your Proposal:

1. Name, title, company
2. Proposed session topic and title
3. Short session description (3-4 sentence) outlining the benefits to our audience and alignment to the workshop them
4. Description on how you could make this interactive with a virtual audience
