SIR Webinar: Improving Virtual Presentations

Let’s face it, virtual presentations can suck. It’s tough to engage people when you can’t see their faces and slides don’t always replicate well on meeting platforms. Being successful requires thinking more about how your content uniquely impacts your audience. However, you don’t have to be another contributor to bad culture. Join Ed Cimoch on July 15th to learn some tips for your next presentation.

DISCLAIMER: Virtual presentations aren’t as effective without audience participation. Come ready to share some hang-ups you’ve experienced or if you think it’s worth a bit more consideration, shoot me a note and we can build that into the conversation!

Across the auto, home, life and health insurance lines of business, consumer shopping behavior in 2020 YTD has been unique and volatile.  While individual carriers are seeing fewer consumer inquiries, the comparison shopping ecosystem drove more consumer quote requests than ever before.

Jornaya will present shopping trends by line of business and comment on the impacts of related undercurrents such as interest rate drops, stay-at-home orders, premium rebates and a dramatic reduction in carrier advertising.

As the country begins to reopen, will the insurance comparison shopping spree continue?  Join this SIR webinar for the most comprehensive reveal of Jornaya data yet and for insights on what to expect the remainder of 2020.

SIR Webinar: The Future of Insurance: Will Emerging Insurable Markets, Business Models, and Insurtech Disruptors Still Thrive in the Age of COVID-19?

The impact that Covid-19 has already had on people, businesses, and the economy, is massive. While the full impact and all repercussions cannot be predicted, there are certain likely possibilities for the insurance industry in the short and long term. How insurance companies respond to Covid-19 crisis will shape the industry for years to come. Frost & Sullivan's presentation will cover how the insurance industry is changing dramatically, from trends driving new insurable markets, to Insurtech's disruption of the status quo with new strategies, technologies, and business models - and how that has been altered from what was predicted just six months ago. There is a real opportunity for insurers to build trust and better the industry reputation during and after this crisis; and continue to provide stability to the economy and their customers.
