Sponsorship

The Society of Insurance Research appreciates the support of those individuals and organizations that have sponsored various components of our conferences. Some of these are listed on the Exhibitor Q&A page.

Many components of each SIR event are available for sponsorship, including meals, coffee breaks, prize drawings, and printing costs. A list of components remaining available to be sponsored at a specific upcoming event will be available on the registration site (coming soon) for the event.

If none remain, or if you would like to propose an alternative avenue of support or partnership, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. Other high-profile marketing opportunities exist, including but not limited to providing branded items to all attendees. Please call Ed Budd at 317-398-3684.

Acknowledgement - Firms and/or individuals sponsoring any element of an SIR event are recognized in the following ways:

• Identified in official conference booklet
• Sign posted at the sponsored function
• Public announcement by conference chair

To assure the recognition above, the sponsorship registration and payment must be received no later than 3 weeks before the start date of the event.

The Society will coordinate sponsored functions with the hotel or other venue and pay the hotel charges for sponsored events, absorbing any costs that may exceed the fee(s) paid by the sponsor(s).

Please remember that completing the Sponsorship registration does not register an individual to attend or exhibit at the event. A separate registration is required using the appropriate Registration Type based on membership status.
