Q. How many conference attendees do you anticipate? A. Since 2006 attendance at the Spring event has consistently exceeded 100. Since 2006 attendance at the Fall event has consistently exceeded 150.
Q. What is the average management level of attendees? A. Based on past experience the average profile of attendees is as follows: Middle management 30% Director to senior officer 70%
Q. Will exhibitors be provided with a list of attendees? A. Yes. An attendee list will be provided at the event. A hyperlink to a real-time report including contact information will be provided so exhibitors may arrange contacts prior to the event.
Q. Is it permissable to schedule a private discussion / presentation during non-exhibit hours at a clients request? A. Yes
