The next event at which the Society of Insurance Research will accept exhibitors will be the 40th Annual Conference & Exhibit Fair, to be held Sunday, November 14 - Wednesday,
November 17, 2010 at the Wyndham Jacksonville
Riverwalk in Jacksonville, Florida.
Participation as an exhibitor in any SIR event provides excellent opportunities for first-hand interaction with high-potential prospects. Space for exhibitors will be limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. So reserve early and do not miss this opportunity!
Exhibit Features
As an exhibitor, you will have a 10' wide, 8' deep space to use as you like. The Society provides a 6' dressed & skirted table; two chairs; and electrical power. You use the table &/or bring your own display to assemble, and you order and pay for Internet access or A/V equipment directly from the venue if you need it.
Your exhibit includes registration for two individuals to staff your exhibit and they are invited to fully participate in the entire event, including all food & social functions. You can register additional attendees at an additional charge, still much lower than the regular registration fee, to help with the exhibit &/or fully participate in all presentations and food / social functions.
Only Associate Corporate Members of the Society are eligible to exhibit. When the SIR offered Member and nonmember exhibit fees, nearly all exhibitors chose to join and take advantage of the deep Member discount. Now we have folded exhibiting into the annual dues for Associate Corporate Membership, so your organization gets not only a competitive cost for exhibiting but also these other benefits of membership:
Designate one person from your company to have all the rights and privileges of an individual member, including access to the members only, personalized, SIR Research Portal.
List your company as an Associate Corporate Member in addition to the listing for your designated Individual Member.
Gain access to the SIR member directory and mailing list.
List on the SIR site your company's contact information, hyperlink, and a description up to fifty words of the products & services you provide.
Invite your clients to attend SIR events at the Member registration fee if they cite your invitation on their registration form.
Sponsor a meal or social function at an SIR conference with full recognition for 50% of the normal price.
If your organization is not already an Associate Corporate Member of the Society, please click for information on how to join. You can complete your event registration as an Associate Corporate Member and separately apply for Membership, as long your qualifying application for Membership is received and annual dues are paid before the event.
Please see the Registration Site for the specific exhibit hours. While the official exhibit hours coincide with the evening receptions, you are welcome to staff your exhibit at any time to take advantage of attendee traffic during breakfast, lunch, or breaks. (This is at your option. You may prefer to simply mingle with the attendees at breakfast & lunch and staff your table only during the receptions,) Most meals and receptions will be held in the exhibit area to maximize attendee traffic, and the S.I.R. will sponsor a prize drawing with eligibility based on visiting each exhibit.
If you have any questions regarding SIR membership or about the Society's 2010 activities, or to suggest ways we can make your participation even more rewarding, please contact:

An excellent marketing companion to your exhibit at an SIR conference is the recognition that comes with sponsoring a meal or some other component of the event. Or if you are unable to exhibit this year, being an event sponsor can still keep your brand and value in front of our Members and attendees.
