The Society of Insurance Research will hold its annual conference and exhibit fair at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN, October 21 – 24, 2007.

As always, your participation in this event will provide excellent opportunities for first-hand interaction with high-potential prospects. Find out what they really need and want!
And attending the conference presentations and discussions may reveal your customers' future product needs. This year, the agenda is packed with sessions aimed at applying the latest tools and techniques to identify and address new research topics.

Space is available for a limited number of exhibitors, and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. So reserve early and do not miss this opportunity!

As in the past, exhibitor representatives who want to fully participate in the conference presentations and other activities will be able to do so at a reduced registration fee.

This year, the evening receptions and exhibit hours will begin earlier to increase attendance at the receptions and allow more time to continue networking over dinner or drinks. The anticipated exhibit hours will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, October 21, Monday, October 22, and Tuesday, October 23.

As usual, meals and receptions will be held in the exhibit area to maximize attendee traffic, and the S.I.R. will sponsor a prize drawing with eligibility based on visiting each exhibit.

An excellent marketing companion to your booth or table-top exhibit at the Annual Conference is the recognition that comes with sponsoring a meal or some other component of the event.
