Exhibitor Info
Space - Table Top Exhibits
Includes a 6' x 30'' draped table with two chairs and an electrical connection, carpeting and general cleaning. No part of the display shall exceed 8' in height, length or depth. Signage and stands are the responsibility of each exhibitor. Signs affixed to the walls are not permitted. Phone connections or other special items not mentioned above shall be arranged for and paid directly to the hotel.
Exhibit Fees - Table Top Exhibits
$1,250. First come, first served availability. Exhibitor representatives may fully participate in conference meetings, meals, and receptions for a reduced fee of $400.
Space - Stand Up Exhibits:
Stand-up exhibits will be permitted so long as they do not exceed 10’ in length, 5’ in depth and 8’ in height. Arrangements for delivery, erection and dismantling should be arranged at exhibitor expense.

Exhibit Hours:
A detailed list of exhibit hours will be sent as soon as the conference program is finalized.
Assignment of Space:
The S.I.R. will assign space based upon date of receipt of reservation and payment of exhibitor fee(s).
Cancellation:
Exhibit space canceled by September 1, full refund. Before September 15th, 50% refund. After September 15th, no refund. This same dates and percentages apply to exhibitor representatives' registrations to attend conference activities.
Shipping:
Details will be provided to exhibitors one month prior to the conference. Basic fee does not include drayage, storage or shipping.
Installation and Removal:
Exhibits may be set up beginning at 1:00 p.m., on Sunday, October 21st. All installation and set up must be completed by 5:00 p.m. Goods received after the opening of the exhibition must be delivered and arranged at times other than official exhibit hours. All exhibits, including equipment, materials, etc., must be removed from the space by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 24th.
Use of Exhibit Spaces:
All demonstrations, sales activity, and distribution of promotional material must be confined to the limits of the exhibition space. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or share assigned space without the consent of the S.I.R. No firm or organization not assigned space will be permitted to solicit business within the exhibit area. Exhibits which include the operation of musical instruments, radios, sound motion picture equipment, or other audio equipment must be operated so that resulting sound will not annoy or disturb adjacent exhibitors and their patrons.
Liability Insurance
All property of the exhibitor shall remain under his custody and control in transit to, from, and within the confines of the exhibit area. Neither the S.I.R., service contractor(s), nor it's officers, staff members, or directors of any of the same, are responsible for the safety of the property of exhibitors from theft or damage by fire, accident, vandalism, or other causes. While the hotel will exercise reasonable precautions to protect property during installation, show time, and removal; the exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and other claims arising out of injury or damages to exhibitor displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the hotel, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the hotel agents and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. Exhibitors are advised to carry appropriate insurance to cover display materials against damage and loss, and public liability insurance against injury to the person and property of others.
